Phantogram bringing spacey dance to Neumos

The New York electronic duo Phantogram has been making a lot of noise recently and that noise will be making its way to Neumos tonight.

The pair play a hybrid of electronic, dance and pop music creating a spacey sound similar to what you might find if Zero 7 lost the soul and discovered disco. They keyboards and guitar combo make for some interesting sounds that should be perfect for a night out at Neumos tonight.

Don’t believe me? Check out the video of  “Let Me Go” the group recorded live at KEXP’s New York studios. And go ahead and download the track “When I’m Small” for free while you’re at it. Those two songs should be gateway drug enough to convince you to make your way to Neumos.

Opening for Phantogram are Josiah Wolf and the always enjoyable Anomie Bell. Tickets cost $15. Doors are at 7:00 and the show is 21+ so no kiddies tonight.
