Watch Eddie Vedder cover Taylor Swift with his daughter Harper Vedder

Eddie Vedder has made his Taylor Swift fandom known. During the press leadup to Pearl Jam’s latest album “Dark Matter” he remarked how impressed he was with her fanbase’s sense of community, and during her “Eras Tour” stop in Seattle he was spotted in the crowd.

He let that fandom show during Pearl Jam’s closing set at this year’s Ohana Festival. During the show Vedder brought his youngest daughter Harper onstage to accompany him on song. After introducing her Vedder started to play “Last Kiss” on an acoustic guitar. Vedder sang a verse then his daughter took over.

However, when the younger Vedder started to sing she wasn’t singing the song her father started. Instead she sang Swift’s “The Best Day” and sliding the song into “Last Kiss” worked seamlessly and provided a very touching father-daughter moment.
